Aussieshopping FIRB application support meeting for foreign property investors in Australia
AUSSIESHOPPING FIRB APPLICATION SUPPORT

A complete, coordinated and stress-free pathway before you buy Australian property.

Aussieshopping manages the residential FIRB application process, included standard government fee, ATO Online Services pathway, correspondence and approved-property next steps.

COMPLETE APPLICATION COORDINATION

Aussieshopping takes care of the process so the applicant can move forward with confidence.

Australian foreign investment rules can be difficult for an overseas buyer to navigate alone. Aussieshopping provides a single point of coordination from the first discussion to government decision correspondence. We organise the information pathway, explain the application requirements in plain language, coordinate lodgement through the correct ATO residential channel and keep the client informed.

The process depends on the applicant, visa or residency status, ownership structure, property type, intended use and current government policy. Accurate information is essential. Applicants must provide complete, current and non-misleading information, including requested evidence of identity and financial capacity. Aussieshopping does not control or guarantee the government decision.

THE AUSSIESHOPPING FIRB PATHWAY

Eight coordinated stages from consultation to property search.

01

Confidential consultation

Aussieshopping discusses the applicant, residency, ownership, intended property type, state, value range and timing before payment.

02

PDF application form

After the consultation, Aussieshopping emails the detailed PDF application form and explains the information and supporting evidence required.

03

Information review

We check the supplied application information for completeness and consistency and identify questions that should be clarified before lodgement.

04

ATO application coordination

Aussieshopping coordinates the residential property application pathway through ATO Online Services for foreign investors. Applicants keep control of personal credentials.

05

Included government fee

The agreed 5% package includes the standard government application fee for the original application within the quoted property-value range.

06

Assessment follow-through

We monitor correspondence, coordinate responses to ordinary information requests and keep the applicant informed while the government assesses the matter.

07

Decision correspondence

When issued, the applicant receives the official government decision correspondence, which may be an approval letter, no-objection notification or exemption certificate depending on the pathway.

08

Approved property search

Aussieshopping can then assist the client to identify suitable new property or vacant residential land within the approval parameters and coordinate licensed real-estate support.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL FIRB PACKAGE5%

One coordinated price based on the approved property-value range.

Example: for an agreed A$1,000,000 property-value range, the Aussieshopping package is A$50,000. The package includes Aussieshopping professional coordination and the standard government application fee for the original residential application within that quoted range.

AFTER APPROVAL

Use the approval within its actual limits and conditions.

A residential land exemption certificate generally allows one qualifying purchase in the specified state or territory, up to the value stated, during its validity period—commonly 12 months. A vacant residential land approval will commonly require construction to be completed within four years and may restrict sale before construction is complete. The actual government document always controls.

Aussieshopping can assist approved applicants to search for new dwellings or vacant residential land that fits the specified property type, location and value range. Our licensed real-estate partner can support property enquiries, inspections, negotiations and referrals to independent conveyancing, legal, tax and finance professionals.

Important FIRB, fee and approval disclaimer

Aussieshopping is not the Foreign Investment Review Board, Australian Treasury, Australian Taxation Office or any government agency. Only the Australian Government can approve, condition, vary or refuse an application. No approval rate or outcome is guaranteed. Every matter is assessed on its facts and current law.

The included government fee means the standard fee for the original residential application within the property-value range stated in the signed Aussieshopping proposal. It does not include later variations, retrospective approval, penalties, vacancy fees, stamp duty, conveyancing, legal, tax, migration, valuation, finance, translation or other transaction costs unless the signed proposal expressly includes them. If government fees change before payment or the applicant changes the value range or pathway, the package must be requoted.

Applicants remain responsible for accurate information, control of personal identity and portal credentials, independent advice, and compliance with every condition, registration and reporting obligation. Do not send passports, bank details or government login credentials through ordinary email.
