3. FIRB and government
Aussieshopping is not a government agency and cannot approve an application. Every applicant is responsible for complete, accurate and current information and compliance with all conditions and timeframes. No approval outcome or processing time is guaranteed.
4. All-inclusive FIRB package
The 5% package includes Aussieshopping coordination and the standard government fee for the original residential application within the signed property-value range. Later variations, retrospective applications, penalties, vacancy fees, stamp duty and third-party transaction costs are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
5. Investment information
Nothing on this site is an offer or recommendation to invest. Indicative figures are not forecasts. Project timing, cost, lot yield, approvals, finance, revenue, profit, ROI and distributions are uncertain. Capital is at risk.
6. No guarantee
